We offer our partners a variety of maintenance packages and services for new and pre-existing Installations, we can assist with reactive call outs as an adhoc service and also offer a prepaid service credit scheme. Our bespoke service level agreements ensure that your clients audio visual, digital signage & video conferencing systems remain in good working order to minimise downtime and maximise ROI with a full break fix service and pre-planned maintenance visits all managed via our service desk.

Training & Handover.

We are able to offer our partners full training and user adoption services for their clients to ensure that they are getting the most from their new investment. These services range from basic handovers to continued and in depth training sessions with team members that will simplify the technology for the people expected to use it. Informal and interactive sessions get attendees hands-on with a new product so they leave not only comfortable with it, but convinced of its value to their role and confident to use the product in their work life.
