System Design

We use our Industry Knowledge and experience to create collaborative experiences for your clients that are robust, simple to use and environmentally friendly. Our design team are focused on product awareness ensuring that we our designs are current and using the best technology available. All of our system designs come with a full drawings pack including wiring schematics, cable schedules and CAD or Viso drawings.

Installation (TVT Resources)

Our Installation services cover all aspects of the project delivery process from Project Management & Engineering, Installation, Commissioning and Programming. All of our engineers have a wealth of industry experience and training enabling us to deliver projects to the highest standard on your behalf. All of our Installation work is fully warranted for peace of mind. Our engineers are also available as an adhoc resource, if required.

Witness Testing & Client Handover

It is in our best interests to ensure the client receives a full working system from us, but even more important is their understanding of it. Witness Testing is where we test all the features of every system installed with a client’s representative. Handover is our final overview of the installed systems and areas where we reference all is working as witnessed by the client. We also provide all informational documents created during project delivery such as: As-built System Drawings, System Acceptance Forms (SaF’s) based on Witness Testing Documents, Asset Registers etc.

Maintenance - (TVT Care)

We offer our partners a variety of maintenance packages and services for new and pre-existing Installations. We can assist with reactive call outs as an ad-hoc service and also offer annual service and support agreements. Our bespoke service level agreements ensure that your clients audio visual, digital signage & unified video communication solutions remain in good working order to minimise downtime and maximise ROI with a full break-fix service and pre-planned maintenance visits all managed via our ITIL modelled service desk.
